COVID-19 Procedures and Policies
As a business and a new retail store we want to make sure you understand how we are taking extra precautions during this unprecedented time. We value the safety of our customers and of our family and want to assure you we are doing everything in our power to keep everyone safe.
Manufacturing and Web Orders:
Our products at this time are only being manufactured by members of our own family who are self isolating and using proper sanitation procedures. One person handles all shipments.
In Store Procedure:
Every evening we sanitize the entire shop with an ozone generator, this disinfects everything from the hard surfaces to the soft fabrics. In the morning the store is aired out and hard surfaces are again wiped with disinfectant.
Masks are required to be worn in the store at all times per Washington State Law.
We want to ensure the safety of our customers and our family so we request that before you enter the shop you sanitize your hands and limit touching the products as much as possible. While you are shopping and at the checkout we ask that you maintain as much social distance as possible from other shoppers and our employees. Before you make your purchase we sanitize our hands and after each guest has left we sanitize the checkout desk again. At this time we are not accepting any cash payments or merchandise returns for sanitary reasons. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
