Using a toner is an important step in any skin care regime to help balance the skin's pH after the use of unbalancing cleansers and washes.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: After cleansing, apply a moderate amount of toner to a cotton pad and gently apply all over face. Allow to dry and follow with a serum and/or moisturizer of your choice.
